The average inspection for a typical-sized home takes approximately 2-3 hours. The exact time can vary depending on the home’s age, size, and overall condition.
We highly encourage you to attend the inspection’s final walk-through. It’s the perfect opportunity for our inspector to explain their findings and answer any questions you have in person.
We pride ourselves on providing prompt and detailed reports. You will receive a comprehensive digital report with photos and a clear summary within 1 business day of the inspection.
